Service Description

Each personalized guided meditation is customized to meet your specific needs so that you can heal and transform. After you reach out, we will discuss what you are looking for and I will then guide you through a relaxing and healing experience that helps you with exactly what you need. For example, this meditation can help you reduce stress and anxiety, release negative thoughts and beliefs, explore your heart center, connect and receive spiritual guidance, step into your power, deal with life changes, free past hurts, open to abundance and prosperity, embrace positivity, or practice self-compassion. Background music is included in the meditation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you will need to reschedule an appointment. Life happens! We request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments. Any appointment that you fail to show up for or cancel less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
